ANC falls short of two-thirds

The ruling ANC won a huge victory in the country's election but missed the two-thirds majority needed to make constitutional changes unchallenged, final results showed on Saturday.
The African National Congress received 65.9 percent of the vote, the Democratic Alliance 16.66 percent and the Congress of the People (COPE) -- formed by ANC dissidents -- 7.42 percent.
